Nescafé - Project Leo 2016.
A competition brief to create a limited edition packaging tins set by Nescafé Azera developed by Twelve agency.
This design plays on the perception of misinterpreting the texture of the coffee tin. The idea shows the concept of the woven texture to make it more appealing and unique on the shelf. The aim was to purely focus on a material as a design feature, to emphasise the fact it doesn’t look like an ordinary tin. Also links back that coffee is transported by burlap sack; a woven fabric usually made from skin of the jute plant.
